Square Rootz Tries: Pole Dancing

We thought we could come in and start doing twirls on the pole immediately, but quickly realized we were in for an intense workout. The simplest moves (climbing four feet on the pole) worked out every part of the body; your girls were sore before the class was even over.

Fact of the Week: Juneteenth

Fact of the Week: “Geronimo” Pratt released from prison

Elmer “Geronimo” Pratt (Gijaga), former Black Panther leader, was released from prison on this date in 1997. Evidence regarding jury tampering and government informants was used to reopen his case. Pratt served 27 years of a murder conviction.
