Celebrex Pharmacy

Realizing that the holidays can be a tough time for folks trying to be more mindful of what they eat, we decided to test our cooking skills and chef up some healthy holiday fixins’ — perfect for a nice dinner with a few friends.

[Note: Since the three of us are vegetarians we decided to cookdishes that we would actually eat - celebrex pharmacy. Celebrex pharmacy: but it is definitely possible to cook a meal with poultry, seafood or beef that's also health conscious.]
- Tofurky Roast -Serves 6 to 8
1 Tofurky vegetarian roast
10 baby carrots
1 onion quartered and peeled
5 red potatoes cut into quarters
Tofurkey Baste
4 tablespoons olive oil (or other vegetable oil)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (Bragg Liquid Amino)
1 teaspoon ground sage
Directions
1.Place Tofurky in the fridge overnight to thaw
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3.Place Tofurky roast, carrots, onions and red potatoes in a roasting pan, and spread with the baste.(Remember to save some of the baste for later).
4 – celebrex pharmacy.Cover roast snugly aluminum foil and place it on the center rack of the oven. Cook for an hour and 15 minutes.
5.Uncover roast for last the 10 minutes and pour remaining baste over it.
- Crustless Yellow Squash celebrex pharmacy, Red Pepper, and Spinach Pie –
Serves 4
1/2 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch dice
4 large garlic cloves, minced
3 medium yellow squash, quartered vertically and thinly sliced
1 (10-ounce) package triple-washed spinach, stems discarded and leaves torn, or one 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
3 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Generous seasoning freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
Directions
1.Slather the butter all over the inside of a 9 inch pie plate – celebrex pharmacy.Sprinkle the bread crumbs on the plate, then rotate the plate so the crumbs adhere to the sides and bottom – celebrex pharmacy. A thicker layer of crumbs on the bottom is okay.
2.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the red pepper and cover the pan. Cook 5 minutes celebrex pharmacy, tossing occasionally. Add the garlic and cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
3.Mix in the squash and saute, tossing often, until the squash is tender, about 10 minutes.

5.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

- Sautéed Spinach and Corn -
Serves 4
1 bag of Dole (or any brand) spinach
1 cup of frozen corn
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
Ground black pepper
Directions
1.Heat olive oil in a skillet using over medium heat.
2 – celebrex pharmacy.Toss in garlic; celebrex pharmacy.Stir for one minute until it smells up the room.
3; celebrex pharmacy.Add Corn; celebrex pharmacy.Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until almost tender.
4.Mix in Spinach; celebrex pharmacy.Cover and let sit for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5; celebrex pharmacy.Once cooked, remove from heat and pepper to taste.
Vegetarian Beef and BroccoliServes 4
1 eight ounce package of White Wave Traditional Seitan (the vegetarian wheat meat)
4 cups of chopped broccoli
1/3 cup of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of olive oil
ground black pepper
Directions
1 – celebrex pharmacy. Celebrex pharmacy: heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2.Stir in broccoli, then cover.
3. Celebrex pharmacy: let sit for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crunchy but tender.
4.Add Seitan and soy sauce.Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until done.
5. Celebrex pharmacy: season with pepper to taste.
