A West Philly Gem for Thrift Store Enthusiasts
Second Mile Center is a block of thrift stores on the 200 block of 45th street in West Philadelphia. I had driven by Second Mile Center a few times and averted my eyes for fear that I would walk in and come out broker than I already was (if at all possible). When I finally walked in, I promised myself I wouldn’t go crazy.
